The celebration falls under the umbrella of the Prosecco DOC Consortium, and Miami is one of five American cities marking it with events, along with Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, and Dallas.

Prosecco is named for a village near Trieste, and comes charged with hundreds of years of rich history. The sparkling wine continues to grow in leaps and bounds of popularity here in the U.S., hence the move to formally celebrate it with National Prosecco Week.
Our extensive wine menu includes two very fine exponents of the Prosecco tradition: Valdo and Nino Franco Rustico, both hailing from the province of Veneto.
