Are you in the mood for some delicious food and wine and will you be in the Las Vegas area at the beginning of October this year? The Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival is a famous annual event celebrating everything to love about foods and drinks of all kinds. The event will take place from October 4 through October 7, 2018.

This year, at the Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival, Mercato Della Pescheria will be participating along with famed Chef Matt Fresinski. We’re excited to see everyone come out for the event and taste some of our Italian cuisine and wine in this wonderful setting.
About Our Restaurant
Our restaurant is located in St. Mark’s Square and serves delicious authentic Italian fare and seafood. Because we serve our guests market-style, you can always smell the fresh aroma of shellfish and fresh seafood at the Crudo Raw station. We also have the freshest, very best meat available at our Macelleria Station.
Although we do serve market-style, remember that we are a sit-down restaurant — and do not sell food deli-style. We come to you! All of our ingredients are top-notch, and our dishes and wines will have you coming back for more — we never serve anything less than the best.
About Chef Matt Fresinski
Chef Matt Fresinski began his culinary career when he was just 13. He worked for several years in local restaurants and then graduated from high school and moved on to the Culinary Institute of America, graduating in 2001.
After graduation, Chef Fresinski began work immediately in some of the best restaurants in the nation, including. Gordon Biersch, Louis’ and Louis’ Fish Camp in Town Square, Society Café, Buddy V’s, and the Riviera. At last, he was brought in as the Executive Chef of Café Americano inside Caesars Palace under V&E and also helped open up Mercato Della Pescheria.
About the Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival
The Las Vegas Food & Wine Festival will occur in the luxurious location of Tivoli Village. Although Las Vegas is smack in the middle of the desert, this oasis will make you feel like you are in the most-desirable, decadent and extravagant escape.
The event will feature an eclectic selection of delicious fare from renowned chefs in the area, including Chef Matt Fresinski. On October 5 and 6, general admission begins at 9 PM, and VIP admission begins at 8 PM. The event concludes at 11 PM.
