Try, for example, our specialty Breaded Veal Cutlet (Cotolette Di Vitello Alla Milanesa), which achieves perfection in the Josper and comes to you plated with arugula, cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and lemon vinaigrette. From Filet Mignon and New York Strip to Bone-in Rib-Eye, meanwhile, the oven/grill means we present you with the juiciest steak cuts. And when you’ve tasted our Josper Grill-cooked Chicken Parmesan (Parmigiana Di Pollo) or Roasted Half Chicken (Pollo Al Forno) featuring free-range poultry, you’ll have trouble looking back.

The same goes for our Florida Yellowtail Snapper Filet (Filetto Di Pagello), with its accompaniment of charcoal-roasted fingerling potatoes, Eggplant Caponata, and lemon sauce, and our Grilled Giant Madagascar Prawns (Gamberoni Alla Griglia) escorted by julienned vegetables, citrus, and olive oil.
